The Blade Shop Thebladeshop.com LIARS LIARS LIARS! I never received my order and they refused to give me a refund even though they said they would. Scammers! Knoxville , Tennessee

I ordered a knife from The Blade Shop (thebladeshop.com/) in August of this year.  The order was supposedly on backorder.  I believed them because it was a special knife. 

I checked in with them after a couple of months and they assured me it was on backorder and i should be receiving an email stating when it will ship.  After another couple of months I decided it was not worth it and just asked for my money back. 

They emailed me back about the refund and said it was no problem and it'll take 10-14 days. After the 16th day came and went I emailed them again and they apologized and said it should be back on my acct. soon.  It never happened.  I contacted them again and the guy said he would give it to his boss so he could do a 'manual' refund.  It never happened. 

Now they will not respond to my repeated requests for a refund.  In fact they will not respond to me in any way.  The whole thing is a scam and so is their company.
