Complaint Review: The Body Shop

I have been mistreated. The manager of the store Tara at store #797 of this location had been rude and told me an item I purchased the week before had never existed instead of helping me.

I called to the consumer care line and left 4 messages, no return call. I emailed to someone who could help through their website, and no response. It has been 2 weeks since. It just proves they don't give a dam.

They stated in their values from their site "We know that you're unique, and we'll always treat you like an individual. We like you just the way you are." Why was I mistreated by a manager? Is it because I am asian?

I am a store manager in the Topanga Plaza Mall in Canoga Park California. First and foremost I would like to comment that what happened in your local Body Shop store is NOT because you are Asian! That comment was not needed and has nothing to do with the situation at hand. The point is that you received poor customer service on your visit to one of our stores and then when you tried to ask for additional help, no one responded...is this correct? Well I may be in California but I do represent the company and I am willing to help you.....Please let me know what I can do to help you find the product you are looking for. If you would like, I can call your local shop and ask them to hold it for you.
