This rip off report is intended to help,notify,and guide future models and/or clients.
The Bokeh studio, is a small and low budget 'photography company' that specializes in shooting weddings, events, models, etc. I was contacted by one of the photographers,Trung Nguyen for Maxim style photo shoot in return I would recieve 4 retouched photos. I agreed to his offer and we shot about a week later.
Weeks and months go by and I have not received my photos.Courteously,I have reached out several times to Trung to sort things out . Either I would get no reply or some kind of an excuse.What kind of photography company does that? Again I decided to contact Mr.Trung Nguyen for the last time to ask when I will be recieving my photos and what's taking so long. Again he had an excuse about the delay.
He never NOT ONCE reached out TO ME with an apology or even a notice about the delay prior to me contacting him, Which is very careless and unprofessional coming from a 'legitamate photography company'. Who would want to shoot with a company that doesn't care about their consumers/clients? Who would want to shoot with a photographer that will waste your time and never send you the photos that were promised?
I have worked with many photographers throughout the years and never had an issue such as this. I'm very dissappointed in the horrible service and experience from the bokeh studios. I would like for any future model and/or client to consider my experience before making a decision to hire these unprofessional and selfish creatures.
