received a quote for chimney/roof repairs to stop water leaking problem.  

i checked online to make sure i was working with an honest company.  i blame myself because a past employee did have very negative remarks which nolan ( along with the employees with him) said  was all a lie from  an unhappy ex-employee.

bottom line. they did the repair work, which took about an hour or two. The work came with a 15 year warranty.  a few weeks later we had twice as much water in our attic than before. called nolan thomas, who initially swore up and down that we would be so impressed, and pleased with work, that we would indeed tell everyone about this company.

reached him twice and he said i will be out there in the next day or two, both times, and we will get to the bottom of this.  although he was extremely rude about the problem, as if he wasn't responsible. never showed up.

after that he did not return calls, voice messages, or text messages. (which i have kept for small claims court) continued to call him for 2 weeks and then gave up.

situation got much worse so we unfortunately had to call another roofer.  actually called 4 roofers.  We were told the work he did didn't help our problem at all.

the new roofers were out here for 7 hours, compared to brick boss's 2 hour of work.  it cost us the exact same amount (not cheap) as nolan charged,  and they did 10 times more work. 

we have a lawyer working on our problem for small claims court but please consumers beware.  for us it was a very costly mistake!!!!!!  Not to be trusted.
