I am sorry but I cannot refund purchases. You may return your item for a refund once you receive it. Again, I am sorry the tracking department has taken so long for their investigation but there is nothing further I can do until the tracking department updates me. Once I receive an update from them I will email you.

Todat is August 5th and still no Jacket or refund. Do not do business with this company!
