Complaint Review: The Buckin’ Bay

The Buckin’ Bay Bre McMahon Took the money and RAN Eagle Pass Texas

The Buckin’ Bay is a SCAM. This girl has taken so many peoples’ hard earned money under the guise of custom made items for their horses and run with it. She is constantly posting gofundme’s and defrauding people of their money. So many of my friends have ordered custom items from her, paid in full and then never heard another word and had to file with PayPal to get their money back. Meanwhile her poor ex boyfriend (read: ex victim) was the one whose PayPal account she was using for her "business”, and is now thousands of dollars in debt from her scam artistry. If you try to get in touch with her regarding your item, she’ll block you after usually several weeks of blowing smoke culminating in a final explosion of cursing out and ill wishes... all because you wanted the item you paid for. Run far and run fast and do not give this girl a dime.

Guess she’s scammed so many people she had to change her "business” name to continue doing so. Carry on.

All of this stemmed from Bre being called out for scamming people. Not from "Ryan being a jealous little man”. On top of taking money for products she never sends out, Bre is also lying about how things went down with her ex boyfriend. He actually didn’t throw her out, as she claims, she left. Why? Because he caught her cheating/sending dirty pictures to her "ex husband”/baby daddy. She was also telling the Baby Daddy that she was going to leave the boyfriend so they could all live happily ever after. When she left, she stole the horse "Twinkie” aka Sancha, a draft cross mare, that the boyfriend paid for by trading his own personal horses. She had no personal OR business bank accounts. The PayPal account she was using for her business, was actually in the Boyfriend’s name, now when people ask for refunds, he’s paying out of his own pocket for her scam. There are several people I personally know, that have yet to receive product from orders well over $100 each. From a business perspective, she is extremely unprofessional. I’ve personally tried ordering from her & never received responses or invoices. Luck for me it would seem. There is also a case in which she was bidding on Stallion auctions for Hurricane Harvey fundraisers & out of spite for the coordinators, never paid the auction, & cursed them out in the process, completely canning the entire auction. On top of all of this, her most recent offense is asking for donations to pay for a $500 supposed eye cancer surgery for the mare Twinkie. After seeing pictures of the mares ailment, it appears she only has eye goop, not cancer as she claims. Within 24 hours of posting asking for donations, she posted pictures of her new "Westphalian” warmblood gelding. Anyone in the horse industry is aware that this particular breed is extremely expensive, the lower end prices being no less than $15,000. She was also posting searching for new English tack to ride the new gelding in, also expensive. At the very least this is fraud and potential animal abuse as she can clearly not afford just one horse much less two. Anyone in Bre’s group, is being played. She plays the victim well and is 100% a narcissist. She twists truths to fit her agenda and make her look better. She claims Ryan is harassing & "threatening” her but failed to produce proof. Then she failed to mention her friend Kyla messaged Ryan actually threatening him for Bre, and involving his cancerous kid niece in said threats. Bre is a scam & a fraud. If you have half a brain, it won’t take long to figure it out.

Glad you were one of the lucky ones, but unfortunately your good buddy has ripped off MANY of us, and we all DO have proof. Glad you got your items and haven’t had to start the small claims proceedings like so many.

I am a current customer of the Buckin Bay company. I know the owner personally. There is absolutely no evidence to support this outlandish claim that the Owner of the company has ripped anyone off, and I challenge those complaining to provide physically evidence. I ordered a muletape halter from the Buckin Bay company, and after I sent a reasonable payment(55 for a halter and 10 ft lead, extremely reasonable for the pricing around me.) I received personaly care and interest from the owner and propieter of the company about the specifics of the halter and lead rope, as well as customizable options. I received my halter and lead rope within a week of ordering, securely packaged and undamged. The product is exactly what I ordered and fits my horse perfectly.

In all reality this so claimed "accusation" stems from an exboyfriend, who threw the owner of Buckin Bay out of their shared apartment while she was in the midst of a custody battle with her ex and the father of her son. This accusation also stems from a sad little man named Ryan Cox, who is a wanna-be cowboy in Tyler, Texas, over a facebook group. This is sadly an example of a man who was told no by a woman and is now throwing a tantrum.

The poster of this complaint is also lying. He never applied for a paypal complaint or asked for his money to be returned and his product was sent to him.
