Complaint Review: The Californian RV Resort

The full time residents at the RV resort do not care for children, and deluge the office with complaints about kids being kids, including in line skating and scootering on the park roads (unsafe unless they go slow), accussations of excessive noise after 10 PM(not true, my dog would have kicked up a big fuss)and removing children from the pool room becuase they were too small to play, even though they were only watching, and never attempted to pick up a cue. One soccer ball bumping one trailer became a major incident. I was told to pick up ALL the dog food my dog spilled on the grass.

The pool hours are posted as 8 AM to 10 PM, but on Sunday, July 11, the pool was still not open after nine. A lady whose family had been waiting patiently for half an hour went down to the offce, where she was told by the lady working there, "If you had read the sign in the window, you would see we open at 9." When the lady pointed out the posted hours on the pool signs, she was told the pool would open when she "deemed fit."

Later, an older gentleman sauntered past the gate where my son and I waited for the pool to open, walked to the other gate and unlocked it for the lady, then walked back the entire width of the pool area to unlock the gate I was standing at.He did not hold either gate open for those waiting, instad allowing the gates to slam shut to demonstarte his displeasure.

He was later heard boasting to a friend of mine who was playing pool in the room that "only four or five people were waiting." his descriptions of those waiting were not complimentary.
