Complaint Review: The Camera Pros

This company is a basic fraud mill. I ordered a $4500 camera package for my business and received a package worth $2000 instead. The camera and peripheral equipment that I received were not even the same brand as the ones that I had ordered. I also later discovered, after reading the earlier report on this website, that they had lied about the contents of the camera box that I did order in an attempt to get me to "buy up" into a larger package.

I, of course, have reported it and will be pressing charges, if possible. My advice to anyone that is thinking of doing business with these people to save a little money is that it is not worth it. I am not going to lose any money in this deal, but you may not be as fortunate.

If you have already ordered from these people, but have not received the shipment yet, my advice would be to call your credit card company, cancel the charge, and refuse receipt of the package when it arrives. DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. Some of these companies use that as a contract of acceptance. Thank you and I hope all of you find reptable dealers for all of your needs.
