Complaint Review: The Camera Whiz AKA Techondigital.com

I placed an internet order for a Canon PowerShot SD850 IS camera from Techondigital (although all the paperwork that arrived read "The Camera Whiz INC"). I immediately received an email stating that I had to call the toll free number to "confirm my order." Here is the email from sales@TECHONdigital.com:

When I called I was high-pressure sold into getting some "high quality" accessories, etc. The final total was $599 and the accessories turned out to be almost completely worthless.

One example is a battery that they sell for $149.99 can be found online for about $12.

The list goes on.... These people must be put in jail because there is very little difference between their business practices and outright stealing!
