Complaint Review: The Candle Brokers

Myself and my husband were really excited about this new (so called) opportunity but as with the others it has ended in bitter disappointment.

We too only recieved 2 of the 12 candle types we originally ordered and when we questioned it I was told if I had called and talked to my support rep before placing my order he could have advised me which of the ordered candles were unavailable and give me the opportuiniy to select others.

Yeah, right !!! It is almost impossible to reach anyone and when I did and advised my so-called support rep I wanted to return at least 2 of the 12 I was told we could not do so until we had placed them for 45 days and then provide them with proof that those particular ones did not sell !!!!

We bought into this with the same guarantee the other people who wrote to you did 3 candle sales per day per location !!!

We have had 10 displays located for almost a month now and have barely sold 3 candles between them !!!!
We checked the BBB listings and thought because there were no negative reports there that had not been addressed we were safe well, shame on us !!!!!

I wonder if I provide them proof after 45 days that none of the candles are selling, I can return all of them or better yet get our money back ?
