I placed and paid by Paypal for my order on Dec 22, 06 to The Candle Vine via through a Rep of The Candle Vine's Website.

I have sent numerous Emails to The Candle Vine wanting to know where my merchandise was with NO Response back from The Candle Vine or it's owner Sara Evans.

It's been almost 9 weeks since I placed/paid for my order! I want either my Merchandise OR Monies!

You can let e-bay know, and if it comes down to it, they will provide you with the documents necessary to file a claim against them, I believe. If they don't, hopefully you have the documents, i.e., the reciept from your transaction and things like that to help you. Good luck in your persuit.
