I talked to a guy that just quit at The Capital Group Inc. He was telling me that Katie (Kate) Welsch was opening her own office out in Baltimore, MD. She's naming the company something with Project Group. Nevertheless, she is still doing the same thing that Chris Colaluca is doing.
Also that goody-two-shoes Tim Christensen is in the same boat. He cannot be trusted. He will make you all these promises of how the company will progress if you put in more time and if you give more money. Do not listen to these idoits. I doubt if they even have a high school degree.
Oh, then the guy told me that Chris Colaluca treaten a girl to make up the things that she wrote about the company. Of course, now officials are investigating the company, because of the many complaints.
The Capital Group is amongst Katie Welsch, Michelle, Charles, Chris Colaluca and Tim Christensen are all scam artist. They all know that the badges that are given to the employees are illegitimate. The ex-employee told me that Michelle, the administrative assistant makes the badges hand made over the computer with "Paint". The badges aren't even authorized. A great why to get yourself in trouble with the law.
Now the capital group are trying to recruit innocent college kids for internship jobs. Oh and when I worked there, I never got paid training, nor did any of my fellow ex-employees, nor will anyone in the near future will. Do not trust this scam company.

A true sham business at its worst. Christopher Colaluca is shameless. This entire company revolves around lies and deception. You are told to go out and lie to customers inside the stores(Home depot, BJ's, Sams Club) about Free consultations and what is offered with those free consultations. They "Train" you to lie. I am really surprised that Sams, BJ's and Home depot allow these folks inside their stores. You need a badge to vend in home depot...how can you take a "Day of O(observation)" out into home depot when they do not have a badge for themselves? Why do you insist that your people never mention "The Capital Group" while in a store to an employee or to a customer? Why must we say we are Home Depot employees? All this lying gets tiresome.
You wont make it to management(unless you are sleeping with Colaluca), sry Colalucas fiance...Wahl apparently isnt such a dead fish in bed from what chris told me.
Which brings up another point. the unprofessionalism and sexual harassment that occurs on a daily basis is sickening. Making your new leaders bend over the desk while people act like they are going to spank them? Crosses the line.

You are absolutely right,sexual harassment is an ongoing issue at the company-The Capital Group.This is all becuase the idiotic manager Chris Colasucker is a square headed scumbag with no morals.I also know so many ex employees that Chris Colasucker has slept with,both male and female.
