Our team played in the Pepsi Tournament in NY the last weekend in March '12. We paid this company upfront to take pictures of our team. There are 20 of us on the team and each paid $40 ($800 total) for a team banner, player banner and a cd of all the pictures.  After 6 weeks I email the company asking for an estimated date of delivery, when I did not hear anything I contacted the tournament organizer. They turned my information over to law enforcement who contacted me informing me that other participants in the tournament 4 weeks prior to ours had not received their product either. He suggested I contact the company again and mention that I had spoken to him. I did as instructed and they did respond but only to tell me that the quality of the product would be exceptional.

After we passed the fifteen week mark, I sent another email requesting a delivery date.  It is now a week later and there is still no response. I think we have been very patient, unfortunately it seems my only course of action is to file with the BBB along with contacting law enforcement. I am disappointed that the tournament organizers did not look into this company further before allowing them to solicit their services. This is not our first tournament, nor our first time paying a company for team photos/products, this is by far the worst company we have dealt with.
