The Choice Refuse to pay out valid claim on vehicle transmission replacement Ramsey New Jersey
We bought a 5 year / 100 000 ml limited warranty for our Dodge truck from THE CHOICE, who we found through AAA.
After routine repair to our transmission, the company refused to pay the bill, after ducking and diving and finding the smallest of excuses so as to avoid coverage. Not only was the assessor tardy and lax in his inspection but refused to give us any explanation.
When we tried to contact the company, multiple times via phone and e-mail, we were always place on hold with no-one ever picking up or returning our calls. When we were able to speak to someone, we were told the case is closed and not open for debate or an explanation.
We will be looking into legal action.
