Complaint Review: The chubb institute/Banner Institute

 I attended the chubb institute which later change the name as Banner institute. I attended the program for massage therapy. I was 17 when i Sign the papers taking a 8,000 loan. I went there the program which i was missing the class for license test and they send me to take it i fail because i didnt learn anything. Then graduation came they didnt give me a transcript or diploma when i was schedule to do my study term for the license which they were going to help also with job placement when i went there the school had close and no information on where to get the diploma or any information. I still have and it keeps increasing. I have tried getting any information about it everyone has given me the run arounds and since the program put me as a graduate i still have to pay the loan that was a complete joke. I dont know why navient still was a payment for a diploma that they never mail a transcript i dont have a career that i never obtain and still paying for. My credit is ruin. Am so stress can buy a home because my credit is bad for this student loan and a paying for education that was a complete joke. Hopefully i can find a solution.
