Complaint Review: The CloseOut ClubInc

Ordered big 5 sporting goods return load, advertised as returns,shelf pulls(new) and demos(new but cosmetic ). We were told by Debbie we could specify one criteria as to what we wanted as far as size, excercise equipment etc. We specified small items as we are Ebaying and need to ship ups or fed ex. Load got here and turns out over half was very large, Foosball tables, heavy punching bags, golf cases for golf bags etc.

They would not make good on this at all, offered a $600 credit on another load, $6900 was the original cost of the bad load and she also said to quit whining. Also blamed it on shipper. End of story
