Several years ago,my business partner and I bought a huge lot (over 12,000 pcs.) of name brand merchandise that were supposed to be: 1/3 shelf pulls ,1/3 closeouts, and 1/3 defective goods.

The seller on the phone said that they would be a mix of these things. That was a lie. They were ALL defective pieces, every one. Each had a defective tag attatched.

At first I was shocked and depressed that we had spent almost $7,000 on junk. But we started looking at them, and thought that we could fix many of them. This would be very time consuming, to say the least, but we figured
that it could be done. Years later,we're still not done.

Many of the defective items included 1/2 of a pair. You need both to make a pair.So you actually pay for something that is unusable. Yet,we still knew that some of the items weren't perfect,so we didn't complain, even though we were lied to.

We decided last month to try again and buy another lot of name brand items, from Closeout Club, different Dept. store. They sent us the wrong boxes (BOL numbers),and each box was short the number of pieces that were supposed to be there. This was not a problem with the previous lot. There was the same problem of unusable half pairs, only this time, these cost $2.00 each! It's basically throwing money away. They said they would give us a credit on a future lot,but who would want
to order from them again?

In America,a company tells you that they will deliver ____ amount of pieces for ____ amount of money. They are supposed to send you the right boxes. When they don't do this, and expect you to eat the loss for their mistakes, it's fraud.

Who wants to pay for a box of 400+ pieces, and get a box that wasn't ordered containing 300? I guess that's why they have an "F" rating with the BBB.

They also estimated the shipping charge based on over 400 lbs more than actually sent! Who could possibly be that wrong?
