My Rip-Off report is about an order that I placed with MyGarb Inc. and The ClothingSite.org on April 7, 2001. They stated that" The Clothing Site.org will cover the cost of my personalized t-shirt and will make a donation to the charity of my choice.

I agree to pay a minimal shipping and handling cost associated with my order." I ordered a t-shirt with an Easter Bunny on the front and paid, by credit card, the required shipping and handling cost of $4.95. This amount was immediately applied to my credit card which I paid the following month.

I have never received the t-shire and I have serious doubts that this company ever made a donation to any charity. Please make sure everyone is aware of this rip-off. I have tried to access them on the net only to find that their website is not available. I did come across a website for Native Americans that is telling people to contact The Clothing Site. to order their free t-shirts.

A donation will be made to a charity and the usual shipping & handling costs will be billed to them. I would hate to see anyone else bilked by this company. I am sure that I will never receive the shirt that I ordered. I have not been able to find a phone number of address and I doubt that this is a legitimate company. Please don't fall for this false advertising.

We make every effort to correct occasional address, sizing or image mistakes with regards to all orders placed. We have donated thousands of dollars to various charities around the country and have been praised by the NYFD for our efforts and donations in response to our nations tragedy on September 11th.

We take tremendous pride in our ability to serve our customers with top-notch email support but we are unable to help customers who do not provide accurate information as to their identity so please be sure to give your correct full name and email address so we can serve you better.
