Complaint Review: The Club At Charter Point Apartments

Please stay away from The Club at Charter Point apartments!!! These apartments are horrible. They're infested with roaches and bugs, there are cracks in the walls everywhere where bugs get in from the outside. I had a mushroom growing inside my house!!! Everything is rusted and the ceilings have water damage. Their idea of fixing it was cutting a hole where the water stain is and putting a quick fix patch! Don't live here!!! What they promise you is not what you get! I have pictures of all the issues with my unit and the complex in general.
