I received a call in January from an online source, I really do not remember signing up for, stating I could make a ton of money from working at home. I had recently been fired from one of my jobs due to illness. I also worked some at a salon, but due to my decreasing health, i had to retire from that profession also. I wanted to stay at home and work on my art, oil paintings, but I could and can not make a living off of that profession.

I was skeptical about the whole 'opportunity' that I just happened to get selected for out of my area. When Ken Sonnenberg, President of The Coaching Department, could not even explain to me what I would  be doing or why he needed to know how many credit cards I had and their balances+limits. The first 'investment' amount was out of the question. I was not paying $2500 for ??? what exactly? He didn't know nor did I; I feel so stupid now repeating the entire incident. I was not exactly in the right state of mind due to my previous diagnosis. I was moody, depressed, and needed a job that had no stress involved, which was opposite of what I got myself into with these people.

I spent everyday either on the phone with someone telling me I needed to buy this or buy that, or attempting to set up my website, because how else would I be able to promote for affiliate companies? I was never told how to or where. I only knew of eBay, and there doesn't seem to be much money in just selling there.

And forewarning to everyone, DOBA is the worst of them all. They are the biggest joke I've ever seen. You couldn't even find a product less then retail price to resell on eBay on their supposed 'drop shipping' site. They harass you with annoying phone calls everyday. I got to the point where I wouldn't even answer my phone anymore. i had all their scamming numbers saved into my phone. The one time I finally answered the phone to tell them to leave me alone, the guy just signed me up for a 14 month membership without my approval, and charged my credit card that they had stored in my file, from a previous free account I tried out for maybe 2 days.

I have never received so many telemarketing phones calls, until i signed on with The Coaching Department. They must have auctioned out my number and email address due to the excessive number of spammers that annoyed me all day. First I was told I needed a business name and entity, or an LLC to protect my websites in cause of lawsuits. I'm not sure if they were directly connected to YourEntitySoulution.com, but I ended up having issues with them also. I won't get into that right now. When I started searching for suppliers I did have a hard time finding companies that offered drop shipping. That is when I received a call from a representative of MySupplierSource.com. I can not remember his name, but he had me believing that all I had to do was pay this 'one time fee' of $1500 and I would have direct, instant access to any supplier I wanted at no extra fee. That was completely false. I should have realized when he stated would be seeing my coach later, that he worked for the same company. I was told in the start of this all my coach would be finding me a supplier to go with if I had any problems doing so myself. Obviously not the case. I wasted all of that money on a the same greedy company that promised I would have my debt paid off by now. I have only put myself thousands of dollars more in debt and counting, at this point. They charge me $39.99 a month for the personal coaching sessions, which we have not even had many at this point, because he keeps saying we can save up appointment times for later. Then why should I still have to pay for his services when I not getting any help? Also I get charged another $39.99 for the website builder, applybuilder.com. There might be more charges taken off  my accounts too that I have not even caught yet.

MySupplierSource.com is the worst service provider I've ever had the mistake of falling for so easily. Half the time that I put in niche requests, they come back 3-5 days later with nothing. I almost went with a DVD supplier by the name of DVD-Fan.com. I had even talked with the owner or manager of the of the company about how their drop shipping program worked and was directed to a page, on their website, explaining the whole procedure. Right before I loaded a product onto eBay, I spoke with their online support team, just to make sure I knew exactly what to say and use for a sold item. Well come to find out they never offered drop-shipping and had completely lied to me in order to get me to have to purchase a bulk amount to keep my customer happy. I was extremely mad about that, and afterwards I always made it a point to say not DVD-Fan.com or any other company pretending to drop ship. I finally found a supplier and still need to research them a little more just to make sure it is a real legit supplier.

One other incident did occur I found very odd. i always program almost every number in my phone that calls me, so I'll know who I'm answering for on the other line. I had been interested in a company called artinternationalgroup.com, who supplied art reproductions on canvas. I spoke with them on maybe 1-2 occasions and had their number programmed in my phone. Well right at the time I had a call with my coach that number popped up, and guess who it was?? My coach at The Coaching Department. They have called me from a couple of other different numbers including blocked ones as well. I started saving them into my phone when the calls got overly excessive.

Now I have been with the company for 4 stressful months and they have my domain name on lock down from me, because they don't want me moving to another, better and cheaper, website builder. I finally flipped out on my coach about everything via e-mail. I guess I will see tomorrow, or sometime this week, if they will refund at least half of my money that they conned me to handle over to them.

One word of advice, Always Research Companies Before Disclosing Any Personal Information! I should have known better.

Contact your Credit Card Company, the Attorney General, Trade Commissioner (which is your best bet as they are not in Utah! http://www.ftc.gov/)

I was scammed out of more than 10K from these guys; they are telling everyone that this is just an attempt on my part to receive products/services without paying.

Ken Sonnenberg is the owner of this company and many other companies. DO your research online and do not give up. GO after them via FTC!!The more complaints the FTC gets the more the likelihood of them being brought down. Ken's brother is already being investigated by the FTC for the same kind of Stuff. DO NOT GIVE UP.
