The College Prep Center Company called asking me for credit information because my son needed the tapes and or textbooks for high school. He made it sound like it was manditory. Ripoff La Mesa, California
I am filing this reprt because I have been had by the College Prep Center. They called ame when school started and told me that my son needed these tapes, text books for school and that all they needed was my credit card information to get it sent to us. I was under the impression that it was actually school-sponsored. I later found out that it was not necessary and when I recieved the package, I returned it right away. Since then, I have been charged with a fee of $119.99 and then another charge of $49.95. I would like these charges to stop and for the previous charges to be cancelled.
