The Company Fraud of use of my personal credit card Burbank California
On August 16th I ordered 1 bottle zetaclear on line. On august 17th The Company phoned me 3 times so I phoned back. The individual kept attempting to obtain my credit card number. After the 4th inquiry asking if there was a problem with my order I was informed the order wasn't processed due to an incomplete credit card number. I gave them the information and the next day I was charged $59.40 for a years subscription and $49.96 for 2 bottles probiotics. Upon attempting to cancel the fraudulent order I was ordered to pay return shipping and handeling plus $10 restocking fee on each item. I agreed to pay for the return of zetaclear but the other two charges were fraudulent.
