Folks simply take this advice DO NOT give these people your card details or buy anything even from as little as £1.00 it's a scam ,, your company gets turned down and are asked to purchase a 19.99 company. DON'T !!!!!! You can buy a ltd company for 4.99 with emailed certificate in a few hours with a reputable company on the Internet - I've done this. This CON company is now helping themselves to my card details and bank funds .
I've reported them to Trading Standards and my Bank for fraud and now Companies House. Trading standards are interested to know about more fraudulent experiences from the public on this company so they can investigate further - get these CON MEN closed down & report !! My final simple words - DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD DETAILS IT'S A SCAM COMPANY

I am sorry that you have not been happy with our service.
I can’t see from what you have written here who you are or what your order number was. If you would like to give us a call on 01245 492777 or raise a support ticket through our website we will be able to investigate your case further.
From what you have said in your review it looks as though you ordered our basic Free Formation. If this is the case you would have agreed as part of the order process to open a bank account with our banking partner. This is a condition of this package. If you did not open the bank account we would have offered to upgrade you to our next formation package which is £19.99 but we would only do this with your explicit approval.
If you believe that money has been taken from your card without authorisation please get in touch by calling on 01245 492777 or raising a support ticket through our website and we will investigate immediately.
