The Concorde Collection Failed to deliver ring ordered on May 1st, 2004 no contact regarding availabiity or backorders Holmes Pennsylvania
I am very disappointed with The Concorde Collection. I wrote a check dated May 1, 2004--they called to notify me that they lacked a ring size for my ring order--but I haven't heard from them since.
If my ring were back ordered I should have been notified. Now two months have gone by--and I have not been contacted by The Concorde collection to notify me if I will receive a ring at all, or allow me to get my money back.
I paid almost forty dollars for that ring--at this point I feel that they should still send my ring to me and send back my money as well.
I am not pleased with the lack of customer service I have received from The Concorde Collection. I will advise my friends and neighbors not to order their products--because they're more interested in collecting money than serving the consumers ordering their goods.

The Dance of the Butterfly Ring was shipped on June 11, 2004. The customers called on July 8, 2004 claiming non-delivery of the ring. At the customers request, we promptly issued a refund in the amount of #37.50.

You expect to get the ring and your $40. Give me a friggin break. It never hurts to ask though. I feel for you pain, agony, and suffering.
