Complaint Review: The Concorde Collection

The Concorde Collection jewelry that was ordered was not satisfatory. it was sent back on july 20 2007. as of yet, I haven't recieve a refund and i keep getting the run around. I lost almost $50. Holmes Pennsylvania

The concorde jewelry collection is very sly. Their jewelry looks great but, once its in front of you... well,thats another story. I recieved a ring from them. It was not what I anticipated. I packed and ship it back on July 20, 2007 (costing me more money) I paid to ship it to me. I paid to ship it back. That money won't be returned. But, what about the money for the ring??? I will never buy from this company again.

It is now September I have gotten no where with this company. I'm very discouraged to order through the mail again. I would just like to warn anyone out there,this company is not good for their word. I am out $50. and I'm sure I'm not the first or the last that they will do this to. Be careful when you buy through the mail!
