Complaint Review: The Concorde Collection

Well, I ordered a ring from the concorde collection and they sure were in a hurry to cash my check and send me the ring. It so happens that their merchandise looks good on internet and in the papers but not up close and personal. I returned the ring mid July 2007 and still have not received refund check.

I have called several times was told check had been issued on July 27th 2007 it is now Sept 4 2007 I made a call today and was told that a check has been issued on Aug 30th 2007 asked to speak to manager got a Betsy Medina who said all she could do is call corporate and inquire when check was sent out. I asked her several times all you can do is call corp for me you can do nothing else and there is noone above you I could speak to and she said no I am it.

The only thing resolved is Betsy said she will call corp and call me back in 24-48 hrs. Well. see if this time someone actually calls me back because I would like my money! I would never recommend any to purchase anything from this company ever!
