Complaint Review: The Cover Guy

This is to let anyone Know who is about to buy a hot tub cover DO NOT use the cover guy. The inferior materials, poor workmanship, ill fit, and nonexistant customer service will make for a really bad experience.

I ordered a cover which took over a month to arrive and when it did; what a joke, it was ripped, there was stitching missing in critical areas and the cover didn't even come close to fitting! I contacted the warranty department, which is a name only. . They blamed it on everything from the shipper to the missuse by the customer! I told them I had the cover less than 1 day. They basically said we got our money.
