Ordered a spa cover for a Hot Spot Re hot tub and recieved a cover that is 78 inches not 71 inches. I stated clearly in the order that it was 71 inches and even emailed a copy of the confirmation that they sent me stating 71 inches and they will not refund my money or make the cover I ordered in exchange. They only offered to remedy the situation by charging me less on the additional cover. There confirmation and web site states 3 to 4 weeks and it took 3 months from the original order and 6 weeks from the point I requested a refund for it taking to long that they stated they would refund but charge a $50 processing fee even though the cover wasnt even in production yet 1 month after I was to recieve it.
