Complaint Review: The Crossings at Lake Mead Apartments

This place displays two sparkling pools, BBQ, playground. It surely isn't!! They must have at least 500 units, one pool has been shut down for at least a year, The other one had 50 kids in it at any given time with NO supervision. The playground is a breeding ground for gang style teenagers, so little kids never go there. Within a week of moving in had my childrens two bikes that were chained under the stairs stolen, second week had my car stolen, within two months had a whole section of apartment doors kicked in and robbed. Found out that the maintenance personnel was stealing all the kids bikes and scooters. If you go to his apt his apt is FILLED with stolen stuff. Office personnel constantly tell you that you have to talk to the Mgr William Robago whom is NEVER there, so they all know whats going on they just don't care. Then if you complain to much they just happen to loose your money order, then serve you with a 5 day pay or quit. This place is a night mare. Plus this place is filled with so many drug dealer and they all have pitbulls in there apartments and the management won't do anything. The place is FILTHY!!
