the culinary factory aka adams food group aka alexandra worthington CO-PACKER IS A 'FRAUD' austin Texas
we are a small start up business who contracted a co-packer to submit our product for lab testing, R&D, shelf life testing, get nutritional analysis done, consultation, rework recipe as needed to meet the acidity requirement, etc.
we signed up for this services last 9/30/2015 and to this time did not gave us any documentation, never delivers on time when we have questions or request. per the contract, she/.the company supposed to let us know when they will run the sample for submission to a lab, inform us when they will run the 1st batch of our product -- no disclosures, no follow-ups whatsoever.
we are wanting to move forward with another legitimate co-packer and she/the company will not release our lab tests and shelf life and other pertinent documents which is part of what we paid for in the amount of $3000 total. it's been almost a year now that we have to deal with her and keeps putting us off on hold and will not email back nor respond promptly on our calls. she gives us excuses and will not release it.
i have checked the validity of her claims of not able to release it...and she all is but "fraud". i was told by experts on the field that there have been numerous complaints against her and pending suits. no one has step forward and reported her, but it's all coming.
