Complaint Review: The Daily Advertiser

After working with this company for a year and a half, the rest of the state needs to know exactly what happens at The Daily Advertiser. The manager of the circulation department is a rude manipulative person who played favorites with employees and wrote up other employees if they did not kiss her butt on a daily basis. She took me into a sound proof room and scolded me yelling at me at the top of her lungs for something someone else did.
She also did this to other employees who didn't bend over backwards to be her best friend. The other departments had knowledge of this and even made jokes about who was getting pulled into the closet next.

The circulation director knew nothing of this since nobody would speak out against her. She would yell at her employees to the point of bringing them to tears and then saying if you tell anyone about this conversation I will have you fired. Not only that, but the service is poor and quality of the paper is about the same, and the turnover rate of employees is so high that they can't even get in new applications since they have a bad reputation around our town. A word to the wise, do not work for this company. Do not subscribe to this paper. You will only be asking for an unneeded headache.
