The Daily Dot Bouq Flowers Bait & Switch BE AWARE!!!!! Venice California
Website showed a red rose bouquest and promised these exact flowers on order at a "special" Valentine price ($29.99). Once order completed, Daily Dot sends shopper to a
second website (Bouqs.com or similar) to then click on yet ANOTHER set of DIFFERENT flowers at a SECOND price ($20 range additional). It appears the first purchase was
merely a discount voucher to be applied to the second bouquet--but voucher was NOT mentioned on the first purchase. I never completed the second part of this purchase
Daily Dot answer was essentially: "cannot refund...we do this (no refund) as a policy to maintain our low price offers...sorry"
Tried to cancel transaction and report fraud to bank, but transaction still "processing" (can't cancel yet, but will tomorrow)
Have sent correspondence to CA Atty General
