Complaint Review: The Deal Empire

I purchased shapewear from the company and it was too small even though according to the size chart, it should have fit me. It also wasn't what I was looking for so I wanted to return it. I emailed twice and never heard a response. Then I called multiple times only to get a busy signal on every attempt. I finally went through their online chat and they gave me a different email.

I email them and they tell me I can get it replaced but cannot refund it. Then I try and call again and left a message and noone has called me back. I go back to the chat and they tell me that I cannot return my item. They finally give me the email address to handle returns however will not give me to any supervisors to get my situation fixed.

I email the refund email address with specific instructions for information on how to file a complaint and write a letter as well as re request another refund. Still deny me my refund and still refuse to give me any names on a supervisor or address that I can write a letter. This has now been going on for two weeks.
