I ordered online one(1) Slim Panty costing USD26.90 in The Deal Empire. The Deal Empire confirmed my order and informed me of the delivery within 2weeks. In my Credit Card bill MYTACTICAL KITS appeared charging me of the USD26.90 for that order. As of this day I have not received the item I ordered. I emailed many times the Deal Empire to know the status but I have not received their reply. How could I recover the amount charged to my Credit Card?
