The Deal Empire Will not refund an order which is of no use to me. Internet
The Deal Empire! Yes, what a joke! I saw an advert, well a video of these slimming panties. I thought tyhey were the perfect items I have been looking for, so I order the pack of 3. Didn't ask for a size because they said on the clip that they were stretchy and would fit all shapes and sizes.
How wrong was I to order from them. First I had to wait about 6 weeks. Between that time, I tried sending them an email which they did not answer. So, I messaged them through Facebook. Someone got back intouch and told me I could track the order but for the first couple of weeks, I couldn't track it. Eventually I tracked the order and was shocked to find out that it was being sent from Beijing!!! The payment was in US Dollars, which makes you think it is an American site! It isn't!
I kept asking them where my order was and then eventually some wisecrack messaged me with "I'll check and get back to you!" They didn't!
I got the order but upon opening the package, I saw what I can only describe as "Doll's Pants" in the bag. But being optimistic, I decided to try one pair on over my own underwear and tights! OH MY GOD! Once on they did not hold in the tummy and they cut off my circulation at the top of the legs! Honestly, they would only fit a doll!
I notified them again through Facebook and they told me to email Refunds. So, I did that and got an email back saying they couldn't refund me but they could do a 1 time discount for anything I wanted from them. The only thing I want is my $|60 back and they are refusing. They are making out that I'mto blame for the wrong size. I didn't order the size, because it said clearly that they would stretch etc. Never again will I be fooled like this. I have threatened them with the Police, Trading Standards even the Media but I don't think they will budge on the refund, but I will persist with it.
I am left with things that I can't use whilst they have my money. They are the ultimate Rip Off Merchants. I am really angry at them for this. I should have taken notice of the reviews but I just thought it was people mouthing off for the sake of it.
