Purchased an item from one of their websites. It took 2 weeks (12 days) to get, when it got here it was WRONG. I notified them of the problem. They told me I ordered the wrong item. I argued with them for days. Luckily I paid with Paypal and was able to recover my money after opening a case against them. The CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! I was told by Randy Pope through email that he was, QUOTE, "LMAO your wrong" and "YOU ORDERED THE WRONG ONE". They even told Paypal that it was a custom order and they couldn't refund me regardless, when they claim they have a 14 day return policy. Later after WEEKS OF THIS BS OF THEM SAYING IT WAS ME WHO ORDERED THE WRONG THING, I get an apology, stating, QUOTE "(this is a copy/paste of the email he sent me) "Hi, First off I want to apologize to you! You are correct The switch was reversed and the 2nd was the wrong one for you machine! So if you return it we will refund you or correct it and send it back to you Just let us know I would just like to let you know why I got so frustrated is with The Miller Plates For like 95% with get from customers who send them in and we refurbish them as Miller does not furnish us the original drawings on most there plates as they farmed them out over the years and no longer have them unlike The Lincoln we get them on every machine they made so the Miller plate is mis-ordered quite a bit by customer as so many are look and are so close but will not work. I thought that was the case, But it was not at all, We think when we customized this plate for another customer it got saved under the original file as the custom one so our graphics department fixed it today is why we can take care of it now and our water jet guys will have us the correct 2nd plate by the time we get that one back Once again I am very sorry and thank you for bringing it to our attention Thanks" end quote. THEN QUOTE "Hi, I won't have that second plate until my water jet guy get them done this week but I will send it asap" THEN QUOTE "Somehow our entire file got changed on this item but our graphics department fixed it yesterday but I don't have that plate yet" THEN QUOTE "It has all been corrected like it use to be until the file got written over Thanks" After all this, all is fine, no hard feelings, I just needed my product. I sent the incorrect item (that was sent to me) back with tracking, it showed it was delivered. I tried contacting these guys everyday from that time, with NO RESPONSE!!! Then, after Randy Pope doesn't respond to my emails for a week, and is fully aware that there was a Paypal dispute, THAT HE EXCALATED TO A CLAIM!!! He sends me this on 5-11 QUOTE "what is your problem now you filed a claim when your plate is already on its way wow your something else" END QUOTE. So he already sent the new plates, MAYBE, could be an empty box for ll I know, without letting Paypal or I know anything about it. AND THEN HE SENDS ME THIS, QUOTE "I feel you are scamming us at this point, Filing a claim when they went out the next day after we got them unbelievable! I have paid to redirect package back to us then you can get your refund and we will keep the plates" END QUOTE. PAYPAL ALREADY GAVE ME A REFUND DUE TO THIS DUDE NOT RESPONDING TO PAYPAL OR ANYBODY TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOIN ON! LOSERS!! These guys cost me a bunch of money, due to their unprofessionalism and child like attitude. I will be contacting the company that they are authorized to do work for as well. Horrible, horrible experience. I know its tough to admit your wrong, but &^R^&. Its not my style to leave reviews, and this is the only the second one I have ever written, but this experience drove me to it. Be careful of the people. You can't talk to anyone on the phone, other than some who will tell someone to tell someone to email you whenever they get around to it! I AM FN PISSED! PLEASE PLEASE MR POPE RSPOND TO THIS REVIEW! I WILL POST EVERY EMAIL WITH PAYPAL AND US, YOU LYING BSng FPOS!
