I contracted with Raymond A. Muhammad, III of The Delivery Company Inc, of Bowie, Maryland to pack, store and move my household property on April 27, 2006 from Bowie, Maryland to Dallas, Texas on or before June 30, 2006 for $4533.82 including a car. In the end I excluded the car. Muhammad took my property and a week later, the price changed to $5343.88, then later he changed it to %5637.34. I was never given an explanation as to why the increases, despite my numerous requests bot verbally and in e-mails.

On June 23, 2006, I went to Dallas, Tx to wait for my property to be delivered by the end of June 2006. My household property was never delivered to this day, as I write this letter, July 23, 2006. On July 13, Muhammad e-mailed to say that I pay him all the money before he delivers or he will auction off the property. Then he sent me an e-mail message telling me not to contact him via e-mail or by telephone. I have already paid him a deposit of $1706.00 and our agreement was for him to deliver the household property and then be paid the balance.
I am not sure what to do. Please help

VERY STRANGE CUSTOMER

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Ms. Jane Stanley, an educator, appears to not be to bright. First of all if you don't do anything and you call my company to do an immediate move because you house sold so fast, the original estimate is not going to apply. Second, If she would have paid more attention to the estimate and procedures instead of flirting with a man 20 years younger, she may have been able to look at this situation properly. Last but not least I had to sue her to get paid and the Judge who said she just moved recently for $2,500.00 only 15 miles. How could he be ripping you off when he's packing, moving, and storing you items from Bowie, MD to Dallas, TX. for less than $5,500.00. She literally got loudly scolded by the judge and ordered to pay the balance of the bill. Her items where released to her with no damage claims and I received my pay for our HARD WORK. My name is my business. Tell everyone they have a hero in the Moving Industry in TDC Flow INC.

Thanks, Raymond A. Muhammad III., CEO
" I love what I do !"
