I have ordered from the Designer Palace in the past and was very happy with my merchandise, although it took forever and Danielle was very poor with communication.

When I finally received my merchandise in February 2005, I decided to order the LV cosmetic case. The last response I got from Danielle as to where my order was was March 8th. It is now the middle of April and she will not respond to any of my emails.

All I want is my merchandise, or an explanation as to where it is and when it will arrive. No communication with the customer is terrible customer service.

If you try to contact her at the phone number listed on the website it is out of service and I couldn't even get to the website, so maybe she has been completely shut down.

If anyone reads this and can give me any advice as to how to get my merchandise or get Danielle to respond, I am all ears.
