The Diamond House FRAUDULENT OFFENSE Scottsdale Arizona
The staff (Josh Van Wienen/Laurie McColm/Betty Bell) defrauded me by replacing the head on my platinum ring with a 14 karat white gold head head and then lied to me and the Az Attorney Genereal's Office about doing so. Furthermore, their jeweller made my ring unwearable as it was too small, the diamond was crooked and set too low!! I also filed a claim with the Az Better Business Bureau--a more detailed account is found there. It cost me almost $1,000 to fix their mistakes! Bottom Line: Do Not Trust Them!!!
