Complaint Review: the digital dog

I purchased a largee screen television by ordering it with "The Digital Dog" over the phone. I paid with my American Express card. A few days later the order was cancelled prior to the television being delivered.

I have never received the credit from this company for the cancelled order. No one will get on the phone with me. Ths is a rip-off to the tune of $6,699.00!!!!!!!!! My credit acrd company has tried also in vain to speak with someone. Again, no luck.
