I first contacted DiggitalHunter to order a camera lens. I was talked into buying a 125 dollar lens filter.
After several calls months later I received my poorly packed products. The lens was as ordered but overcharged by 800 dollars! The filter was replaced with a lens filter worth 24.99 by several web-sites.
Since this was sent by mail does this represent Mail Fraud?
Their website has an ip address of New York City, however their phones answer in Hollywood, Florida.
Repeated attempts to obtain a return address ended in their customer service representative hanging up on my without relinquishing his address and another time placed me on hold for OVER 20 minutes!!!
