On 0cober 10, 2007 I ordered online a video camera from a web company named THE DIGITAL NERDS. After completing the purchase, I was contacted by phone and email to call JAMES AT 1-800-958-0057 EXT201 and confirm my order prior to shipping. This is where it all goes bad !! James informs me that the battery that comes with the camera is insufficient and that since I am a first time buyer he is going to sell me a better battery for a reduced price. I decline. So, he comes back with another offer of an even better battery, plus a camera case and guaranteed shipping date. Now is when it turns into a Dr. Jekyll story. I tell JAMES that I am not interested in spending any more money and I just want the camera that I thought I had purchased on the interenet. This is when he get hateful and rude. and take into account that I have already submitted my credit card info to his company to pay for the camera. He screams that I am just wasting his time and he states that this is his company and he is cancelling my order and not to contact him again because they will not sell me anything. Then he hangs up on me!! This guy has to be dealt with...
