WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They sold me their biggest swivel, rocker/recliner for $459 and the 5 year warranty for $59. The chair fell apart in a week! 10 days after my purchase, my chair leans forward, I have to have both feet on the ground pushing me back to keep from falling out of the chair. Rocking, it wobbles from side to side, creeks, cracks, twangs and pops like a chair that's 15 years old! The front hits the ground when rocking forward. In order to lay back and recline, because it still leans forcefully forward, I have to sit all the way to the back of the chair and sit on the bottom of the back before reclining if I want to stay in a reclined position. Otherwise, with the footrest up, the chair falls forward until the footrest hits ground. I have talked and emailed the co. profusely, including managers Amy Garcia and Kristopher Thatcher 6 days after purchase, to no avail. All promises to get back to me with a solution were lies...they never called back. The will not refund my money without charging me 20% for restocking! No exchanges and have not set up anyone to come repair it, even with the 5 yr warranty plan!
