I purchased a brand new mattress from the dump on 7/3/15. It was delivered on 7/18/15. I gave  the mattress a once over examination. After the delivery man had left, I took a 2nd look at the mattress and noticed some bowing in the mattress that I did not see at first. So I called the service dept. that same day and filed a report. I was told that they would sent me a package within the week that I would need to fill it out and mail it back to me. Then in turn would review the package and if the mattress looked defective from the pictures sent to them, they would then send out a company representative to verify the defective bow in the mattress. After hearing all this things that it would take to even establish a claim, I started to get emotionally overwhelmed by all the red tape. So I went directly back to the Dump and spoke to Pat Lowry the store manager. after telling him what had happened He told me that I needed to take some pictures of the defective areas of the mattress and also take a picture of the mattress tage and bring them back to him. I then call my salesman Stephen Lord and told him what happened. He told me that he was going to take care of it by  sending me out a another mattress right a way. I never heard another word from him not even a simple phone call since then. So I went back to my house and took some pictures of the defective mattress. To my surprise   my wife had misplaced the mattress tag. So I went back to see Pat Lowry with the pictures of the mattress minus the lost mattress tag. He inturn call someone in the upper office about what had happened. After about 20 minutes or so, he told me that there was nothing he could do without the mattress tag.  I then went back home to read the terms and condition agreement to see if there is anything in the original agreement where you could not be compensated if I happen to lose or misplace the mattress tag. I read it over several times and was surprised that something so important as a missing mattress tag would void your sales agreement would be in the term and condition agreement. I went back to the Dump again to see Pat Lowry and explained to him my rebutal. He did not like the point I was trying to make so we went verbally back and forth for awhile with no change of heart on his part. So I asked him if I could speak to someone who might understand what I am trying to say and how wrong there refund policy was. The point is that they feel that they are not obligated to inform me about voiding my sale by not having a mattress tag after the sale was already completed, instead of before. Again, How was I supposed to know this after the sale, if they fail to notify me in writing about it before the sale was complete!!.  It is my hope at this time that the Dump management will come to there senses and do what is morally and criminally correct concerning this matter!

 So because YOU cant provide the information they need to get YOU another mattress, somehow MAGICALLY they are a ripoff. SO this is ALL on YOU!!! YOU are trying to get THEM to bypass their return policies because YOU cant provide what they need to do so. THAT IS YOU TRYING TO SCAM THEM!!!! They need those items to do what YOU want, YOU need to provide them in order for them to help YOU. So PLEASE tell us all again how YOUR SCREW UP in THEIR FAULT?? What justification can YOU give that makes OK the FACT that YOU are the problem? Find the tag and THEy will be able to help YOU. Its NOT about "understanding" as YOU would like to have us all believe. It IS about BUSINESS!!!! Those people, those FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS will lose THEIR job if they do an exchange WITHOUT the tag. So YOU want someone to put THEIR JOB at risk to give YOU a break. What about THEIR family? THEIR home? THEIR life? Does NONE of that matter to you?? No, much like EVERY sociopath out there, YOU only care about YOU!!! Get over yourself. There IS NO bending over backwards anymore!!! YOU and your fellow citizens have so screwed over corporations that they no longer wish to take it in the rump from YOU anymore!!! So they REQUIRE specific paperwork in order to assist YOU in the manner YOU want. If YOU cannot provide that paperwork then its ON YOU and YOU need to accept this. YOUR wife screwed this all up by losing the tag, take your BS out on HER the actual person who screwed it all up. NOT the innocent people who YOU are trying to argue AND bully into giving YOU your way. It AMAZES me at how quickly YOU will completly dismiss the factors in order to play the victim. YOU are ONLY a victim  of your wifes actions and nothing more. STOP blaming the mattress company as THEY ARE ONLY DOING THEIR JOB!!!!!Just like YOU would have to do!!! WHY would YOU take the time to bash THEM when YOU are the problem? The ONLY reason I can see for it is that YOU KNOW that YOU screwed up and are attempting to use social blackmail to attempt to get your way. You know since YOU cant provide the piece of information THEY need to assist you. So YOU seem to think that YOU can start the fight then CHEAT?? Sorry YOUR dirty pool isnt going to fly. What YOU have done IS CRIMINAL!!!! THEY have only followed the policy as THEIR BOSSES have set it forward. YOU have defamed and twisted the truth in order to make THEM the monster.
