The DVD Planet.org Did not deliver! Credit card charged, shipping notice sent, but no DVDs as ordered and no response to email inquiries Toronto Ontario
I did a search for the new Get Smart DVD online and was directed to DVDplanet.org. (Mind you, there is a reputable distributor, DVDplanet.com.) Stupidly, I chose the DVDplanet.org because their price was the lowest. It all looks very professional on their website and they sent a shipping notice but when the item didn't arrive in the allotted time, I emailed twice over the course of a few weeks with no response. They took the money and fled! On their website now is a notice that their distributor has closed down and they apologize for orders they were unable to fill and that refunds can be requested. Yet there is no means to file info on their site. It's a cautionary tale. Anyone can rig a website and make a killing, especially before Christmas.
