Complaint Review: The Dynamic Clean Team

Allegedly The Dynamic Clean Team damaged a homeowners wood table. Melissa called me to ask if we could go over and look at this table and tell this woman that she was not responsible for  the damage. 

The Dynamic Clean Team Lead by Melissa Jones, came into my rental home and stated that she would give me an estimate for cleaning. No estimate was ever given and she charged me $500.00 for a cleaning that would only have cost $375 by other companies. She sent me and invoice for a "deep cleaning" which I paid $250 for in the past.  I have had this woman clean my house for a while now and did not expect her to take advantage. I also had her come to my home and clean in the same week. I was not home at the time. I came home to find that my house not cleaned to normal standards, my shower door was broken into bits on the floor and a vacuum left in the middle of the floor.  Also the sheets on my bed were not changed but the clean ones put in the laundry.  This woman always changes the sheets (it is included in the tasks agreed to in the price) at the end of cleaning, and she left in such a hurry that she left her equipment behind. This happened on a Wednesday.  I finally got a text message on Sunday from her asking for the vacuum and still no mention of my shower door.  When my husband asked about the door she claimed it was fine when she left but she would come over and look at the shower door and pay for it.  I refuse to allow this woman into my home again. I told her I was going to give her vacuum to the police. She sent the sheriff  and her husband to my home for the vacuum. Never once did she call to discuss the price changes or the fact that she broke my shower door. She ripped me off and broke my property.  I warn every one about this unlicensed company that your belongings are not safe. This company is underhanded and dishonest.
