The Eagle Warranty Corporation They are not paying me my money Internet
I got work done on my car in Oct (pre-authorized by company). Transmission shop faxed over repair order on Nov 2. It is now 18 business days and I still have not go my payment. Policy says "payment will be mailed in 15 business days from date of arrival in their office of bill".
I had to pay the repair shop as soon as my work was done (he hates Eagle Warranty with a passion and says it is the worst company he has ever dealt with). I am in the hole for $1,500.
And they dont pick up their phone calls at all. Always goes to voicemail and they dont return phone calls. I have filed on an online complaint with Consumer Protection Agency and Better Business Bureau but I know that will take time.
Seems like others have had the same experience. Can anybody reach out to me if they were able to successfully get their money back?
