Complaint Review: The Easy Yellow Pages

I have phone service through AT&T. I saw an extra charge on my bill for 14.98. It was from The Easy Yellow Pages Inc. I called them and they said that someone had accepted a promotion for an ipod, laptop or a gift card for getting their service. That was not true. At first I spoke to Tammy in California then I spoke to Sam operator number 1008. They said that they wouild put a credit on my phone for the 14.98. That was two days ago. It is supposed to credit in a couple of months. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I was really upset that they would not povide me with the 3rd party website that was supposedly used to sighn up for the service.
