Complaint Review: The Effort Trust Company

 I live in an Effort Trust Building , l have never run across a more shaddy company in my life . even some of their Superintendent's are really shaddy , but most likely all of them , they are stoned on the job or have a drinking problem , even Lanlord and Tenants seems to be in tight with them , you will hardly ever win , but once and awhile you will , because if no one ever won then for sure it's shaddy , this way they think noone is the wiser , my runins with this company has proven they are like Lion's Stalking their pray , if you stand up to them they come at you full force but l can't be intimadated , l stand my ground , just because they have money behind them they think they can pass the buck , money buy's most anything ? Well this is one person who will never give up the fight , if l said everything they tried to do to me , l am one hundred percent sure you would have second thought about living in one of their buildings , and Susan Crawley is very shady , also Rodney Wark , David Horowood , their building's are full of Roaches and Bedbug's , why should a company with all that money be allowed to get away with all kinds of shaddy stuff . it says the family build their wealth on hard work and sweat , yea by scamming all the people that rent their apartments , this is a very shaddy company beware , and if more people stood up for their rights they would think twice about the crap their pulling , l have spent a lot of time digging into this company and finding out everything l can about them , they have a couple of people in head office that l get information from , and l will never reveal their names , like l said l cannot say what happened to me just to protect myself but believe me it was bad . every one who Rents from Effort Trust should Watch their Back , they even enter apt when people aren't home o well eventually all Company's like this one will screw up and crumble .
