My experience with this company was horrible. Though I contacted the company several times to enquire about the damages they caused I never heard from them again regarding my move from Las Vegas to New Mexico.

When I first spoke to Suzie Yannez, I told her that I had had a terrible moving experience with an Israeli moving company when I moved from California to Las Vegasthey showed up without a dolly in a rented truck, my furniture was taped and as a consequence covered with sticky residue which is still there, they broke furniture including antiques, gauged holes in the walls etc. and never took financial responsibility for anything. Suzie assured me that Elite was a full service moving company as opposed to a broker, with its own trucks etc. and named several prominent people who had been moved by Elite.

She estimated my move at $2100 and when I told her about another estimate (which I dearly wish I'd accepted) she went on at length about how I could not possibly have that much stuff (she was at my house) and what the estimate for the other company meant I must haveseveral roomfuls of heavy furniture, full bedroom sets, entertainment systems etcnone of which I had. I accepted the services of Elite though in the end I ended up paying much more (close to 4,000) and less that the other company's final and unchangeable price.

When I told Suzie that a second party was paying she said that because of that, the second payment could be done by credit card and I remember telling her that was good because the person paying, my mother, lived in California and that would make things easier. She later denied, of course, that she said this and told me several times a line that I'm sure she uses frequently I'm not responsible for the assumptions you make about what I say.Or in other words, I can't help it if you believe it when I lie to your face. She may have forgotten that this conversation was witnessed by her trainee, who, I assume, is also being trained to lie to procure business for this company.

After my stuff was loaded I called her to ask why the story had changed and to report that my mother was surprised at how different she was before and after the transactionand that she didn't seem to know who my mother was or what was going on with the job. She held the phone out and said to whoever was in her office at the time, Can you believe this woman. She's saying I don't know what's going on or who she is. When she returned to me, the customer, I said I didn't appreciate her making my mother look like a jerk, she hung up on me and I never spoke to her again.

This woman is a liar and her behavior is utterly unprofessional and unethical. Of course, I later realized that her lie is based on the fact that all along her company intended to subcontract my move to none other that yes, an Israeli moving company! Which seems like a bad joke, except that true to my former experience they were incompetent, rude and unprofessional.

They made it very clear that they were tired, they had not researched where I lived before they arrived, they could not move the truck onto my road (though numerous people reported that there have been plenty of 18 wheelers back here), they complained about putting my furniture together and in fact every single thing that they assembled had to be disassembled and put together again with the pieces that they left taped in the other room. They failed to report or to ask where these pieces, which were obviously missing, were. Even a brick and beam bookcase which you would think would be hard to screw up, had to be dismantled because the touch of a finger could send the whole thing tumbling down.

They lost the bolts to the kitchen table which meant a trip to the hard ware store for me, they broke an antique chair, a lamp which, though it was unnecessary for packing, had been completely unscrewed and is now useless because they damaged the wiring, a leg and the pan of the barbeque are missing, and the clothes which I had them pack in a wardrobe box were at the bottom of that boxand every piece will have to be ironed or dry-cleaned (the thing I thought I was avoiding by having it packed by professionals.

In addition they left the entire mess of tape and packing materials as well as their water and cigarette butts on my front lawn for me to take care of. I'm fairly certain that $4,000 can buy better service to say the least. Had my neighbors not come over and taken over the checking off of boxes etc., I'm sure these people would have been much ruder and even more careless than they were. Finally, of course, I never heard from the manager who I emailed several times regarding insurance and damages.

DO NOT USE THIS COMAPANY.
